FOR HEALTHCARE & NURSING
A keynote for the people who take care of everyone else.
Your nurses and care teams don't need another lecture on self-care. They need something that works in the middle of a shift that's going sideways.
SPEAKING
A funny, honest talk that changes how your people think under pressure.
Nicole doesn't do rah-rah, and she doesn't do lectures.

She tells true stories, hands your audience five practical tools, and leaves the room lighter than she found it.
WHY NICOLE (FOR THIS ROOM)?
She's been on both sides of the hospital bed.
Nicole spent two years as a hospital chaplain, sitting with patients, families, and staff on the worst days of their lives. And she's been the patient too, diagnosed with breast cancer on her 40th birthday. She knows what it means to hold hardship and hope at the same time, and she never asks a healthcare audience to pretend the hard parts aren't real.
The sESSION
Shift the Script
How high-pressure teams protect their people from burnout without lowering the bar.
In this session, Nicole shows nurses and healthcare leaders how to catch the automatic thoughts that drive emotional exhaustion, snap reactions, and team tension, and choose a steadier response instead. Through real stories, humor, and evidence-informed tools, participants learn how to interrupt negative thought loops, stay grounded in knee-jerk moments, and use small intentional actions that strengthen resilience, connection, and psychological safety on demanding units.
Participants leave able to:
Recognize how habitual thought patterns feed stress, burnout, and team friction
Interrupt automatic negative thoughts and replace them with steadier responses under pressure
Hold both the hardship and the hope of the work without sliding into toxic positivity
Use small, repeatable actions that build trust and connection across their teams
Available as a keynote, workshop, or half-day. Tailored to your unit, your language, your reality.
